About District 8 - North Orange County PIHRA is comprised of more than 4,900
human resource practitioners and employers in the Southern California
area. PIHRA is organized into 16 districts, serving the Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties. District 8 Serves the East Los Angeles and North Orange County areas. District 8 is proud and honored to serve our membership which includes leading employers from diverse industries such as tourism, hospitality, transportation, and manufacturing.
